Sweet Glazed Banana
Local produced Banana (Saba), usually used for cooking.
Ingredients:
5 pieces banana (saba), cut in quarters
2 cups water
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Let the water boil in the pan, add sugar and vanilla. Let it boil again, add the bananas and cooked.
